Unique Bachelorette Party Ideas

Hen night.  Hen do.  Last night out.  Whatever you call it, one thing is for sure – a bachelorette party is a rite of passage for any bride!  But if strippers and Chippendales aren’t your thing, or if you’re looking to go out of the box, here are some great ideas for unique bachelorette parties that will be sure to send your girl off with some great memories.

1. Old School Slumber Party

Sometimes, there’s nothing better than sitting around in your pj’s with your best friends, eating junk food, and watching Dirty Dancing for the hundredth (okay, okay…the millionth!) time.  Whether you host it at your place, or rent an Air BnB, an old fashioned sleepover can be a blast!

2. Take a Class

Whether you’re actually interested on how to cook a pot roast or are looking to kick back with a class of merlot and some watercolors, taking a class with your besties is an awesome alternative to a bar or club.

Cooking classes from Sur la Table and Paint Nite are great places to start!

3. Spa Day

Planning a wedding is super stressful so your bride may appreciate some much needed R&R.  A spa day could relax and rejuvenate your whole group!  Massages, facials, and some time in the steam room sounds perfect to us!

4. Adventure

Take your crew to the next level by organizing a zip-lining adventure, trapeze lesson, or take your gals paint balling!

5. Get your sweat on!

Exercise

If you and your girls are into fitness, then taking a class at Soul Cycle, Zumba, or Pure Barre could be a great way to spend time together.  Maybe schedule a brunch afterwards, though (or a smoothie bar if you’re really healthy lol)!

Intense workout not your thing?  Opt for a yoga class instead 🙂

Other suggestions include:  Karaoke, bar crawl, bowling night, and scavenger hunt!

However you choose to celebrate, we hope you have a blast!
